Welcome to Satvik. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Satvik mobile application (the "App"), which provides devotional wallpapers, ringtones, and video statuses. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your mobile device strictly in accordance with these Terms.

• Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from selling, licensing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any content downloaded from the App.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Satvik does not warrant that:

• The App will be constantly available or available at all.
• The media, audio, or video files are free from minor errors or interruptions.
• The quality of any wallpapers, ringtones, or content will meet your expectations.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Satvik and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the App, including but not limited to device performance issues or battery consumption related to live wallpapers.
